I consult with therapists who want a thinking partner for their most complex cases, particularly around chronic pain, pelvic pain, and complex trauma, and who want support weaving IFS, EMDR, and mindfulness into a coherent way of working rather than a stack of techniques.

1:1 Consultation

For licensed clinicians who want ongoing or as-needed support around a specific clinical area or case. I consult on:

Working with chronic pain. Working with women's pelvic pain. CPTSD and complex trauma. Integrating IFS and EMDR. Bringing mindfulness and somatic awareness into psychotherapy.

We can meet for a single consultation around a stuck case, or set up a recurring rhythm.

Group Trainings

INCORPORATING MINDFULNESS INTO PSYCHOTHERAPY

Mindfulness has become one of the most-taught and least-understood tools in modern psychotherapy. It tends to get reduced to a stress-management technique, a brief breathing exercise at the top of session, a worksheet on noticing thoughts, and the deeper invitation gets lost.

Drawing on two decades of practicing and one decade of teaching yoga and meditation, alongside my training through Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy, and training in MBCT, these sessions explore presence, befriending difficult experiences, working with aversion and pain through awareness, and what it means to actually practice, and not just teach mindfulness as a therapist.

Available for groups of any size, customizable in length and clinical focus.

Treating Chronic Pelvic Pain

I offer group trainings for therapists, somatic practitioners, and adjacent clinicians, pelvic floor PTs, OBs, women's health practitioners, who want a working framework for working with clients presenting with chronic pelvic pain through a trauma-informed and embodied mindfulness lens. Trainings can be customized to the size and clinical focus of your team.

Reach out for upcoming training dates, or to schedule one for your practice or organization.

Early Career Supervision

For pre-licensed clinicians and recent graduates who want a supervisor who takes both clinical depth and embodied presence seriously. I supervise on cases, scope of practice, professional development, and the use of self in therapy.
